WHO IS THE TARGET GROUP OF THE COURSES?
- Everyone, who did not receive as much attention in the flight school as needed
- Everyone, who was not explained things clearly or sufficiently
- Everyone, who did not receive as many hours in a classsroom as needed or did not like it
- Everyone, who would like to exercise the problematic areas
- Everyone, who simply has not understood it yet
- Everyone, who wants to train – for example before taking the ATPL exams at CAA
- Everyone, who does not like to study alone with the head in the book all the time and prefers practical lessons with the instructor
- And even everyone, who has been flying for many years, but because of the licence conversion (e.g. from EASA to FAA etc.) must pass the ATPL exams again and has already forgotten everything
WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
For the English version of the courses, we recommend at least English level B2 (upper intermediate). Otherwise, there are no special entry requirements, you only have to be an e-mail account owner, because we will use your e-mail address to send you the course invitation. You must have the equipment (iPad or PC) with the internet connection, able to stream the sound and video. Only then can you see the presentations being streamed online, only then can we see and hear each other and communicate together. Of course, you need adequate speed of the internet connection – if you are used to viewing the youtube videos on your internet connection, you should not have any troubles with the Google Meet videocall transmission. We recommend that you study a bit ahead, to know what the lessons are about (do not forget that every course is organised as a “refresh” course). Anyway, do not worry, we will go through it from the beginning π
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY THE PRESENTATIONS?
No. The presentations are not being sold, nor disposable for any other purposes.
DURING ONLINE STREAMING, AM I ALLOWED TO MAKE SOME PRINTSCREENS OR TAKE PHOTOS?
The presentations being streamed are the property of their owners / authors, therefore it is strictly forbidden to take any photos or make any printscreens during streaming. Failure to do this is understood as an illegal act and may be prosecuted in accordance with the Czech Law No.121/2000 Sb., on Copyright, on Rights related to Copyright and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended.
DO YOU OFFER E-MAIL CONSULTATIONS?
E-mail consultations are not part of our business.
WHEN THE COURSE IS FINISHED, DO I RECEIVE ANY CERTIFICATE?
WE ARE NOT AN ATO, WE DO NOT ISSUE ANY CERTIFICATES, COURSES HAVE NO ACCREDITATION OF EASA, CAA OR MINISTRY OF EDUCATION and cannot be understood as a substitute of ATPL theory course in approved training organisations. It is a paid service of private classrooms, of the knowledge refresh character, performed through the online form using Google Meet application.
WHAT DO YOU USE TO TEACH?
Google Meet β Google company device. Thanks to that, we can see each other (if you have a camera on your equipment) and hear each other. By means of the Google Meet we can stream the presentations – in fact it works just like a conventinal Skype.
DO I HAVE TO BE GOOGLE E-MAIL ACCOUNT TO TAKE PART IN COURSE?
No stress β if you do not have the Gmail, it does not matter. It will work with no problems.
I HAVE PAID THE COURSE, BUT THERE ITS CAPACITY HAS NOT BEEN FILLED. WHAT IS GOING TO BE NEXT?
In such a case, in accordance with the General Terms, you will be offered another date, refund or change to an individual course (difference in course prices must beΒ covered by client).
WHY DO YOU NOT OFFER ALL OF THE ATPL SUBJECTS?
You have probably already registered that the ATPL theory is quite extensive and difficult. For the exams you need to remember so much information as if you were Yellow pages, not the airline pilots. In TeachMeATPL we would like to focus only on selected subjects, which we have been teaching for many years and that cannot be learnt only by memorizing the correct answers β it is necessary to understand it. It is not our target to bore you with something that you can read yourselves and need just to remember that. For example, there is no point for us/you to talk about the number of GPS satellites orbitting around the globe at distance XY km above the Earth surface in XY orbits… You do not need us for that, you manage to read it without us π That is why we have decided only for some particular subjects where we have selected specific areas we will go through. We do not like monological teaching with a teacher talking for hours. We like and prefer the interactive courses, where you get involved – courses are for you!
HOW ARE THE COURSES ORGANISED?
The courses are organised online and are interactive. By means of Google Meet we will share with you our well worked-out presentations and will together go through the most problematic and also practical exercises that you may encounter in the ATPL exams and in a real aviation life as well. Do not expect hours of monological lessons – if you buy our course, you will have to work really hard π To increase the level of usefulness and also to give you some time to rest, we will present various videos and audiorecords (according to course topic) so that you enjoy the course – because the course is effective only if you are enjoying it!
WHY IS THE COURSE DURATION ALWAYS STATED AS “APPROX.”?
It is easy – if we intended the course to be monological, we could calculate how many minutes we talk, so we could tell you “The course takes 8 hours.”. Nevertheless, that is not what we are doing. Our courses are interactive, we intend to involve you as much as possible – then, of course, every class is different. Some students are faster, some simply need more time. And so the length of our together work is dependent on number of students in the class – there may be from 3 to 10 students. We have already experienced classes where we were teaching 2 hours more than usually, because it was full of curious students, and on the other hand, we have also experienced classes, where students did not have many questions and so we finished one hour earlier. Based on our experience we have therefore determined “approximate” planned duration of each course.
IS THERE ANY COURSE CAPACITY LIMIT?
Yes, the minimum number of participants to run the course is 3, maximum is 10.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE INVITATION TO COURSE INTO MY E-MAIL, BUT I SEEM UNABLE TO CONNECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In case of technical troubles on your side leading to inability to join the course, contact us as soon as possible (15 minutes after planned course commencement at the latest), inform us that you have these troubles and together we will find a solution. However, if you do not contact us as described above, the money cannot be refunded.
WHAT IF I FORGET ABOUT THE COURSE AND DO NOT CONNECT?
In case you connect later or do not connect at all, the money cannot be refunded.
WHAT IF YOU CANCEL THE COURSE FOR SOME REASON?
If the instructor gets ill or if we have technical troubles leading to the course cancellation, the same procedure as in case we do not have minimum number of students will be applied: i.e. we will suggest another date to you, individual course or we will refund the money.
WHERE DO I FIND THE GENERAL TERMS AND GDPR?
On this link. In case you buy any course, you will be given a chance to read them again and will be asked to confirm your agreement with them. Otherwise the order cannot be finished and processed. Just like in every e-shop π
WHEN DO YOU PUBLISH THE COURSE DATES?
Since we are active airline pilots, the course dates are subject to our flight schedules. Every month may be different, incl. these dates, however, we try our best to publish the dates at least 2 weeks in advance prior to course date. Actual list of open courses may be found on this website on this link or in the main menu section “COURSES”. As soon as the course is full, it will be deleted from the list.
HOW TO BUY THE COURSE(S)?
It is very simple β in the main menu click on “COURSES” and choose the course you are interested in. On the next page you choose one of the published dates and then just continue like in the standard e-shop. Kindly be informed that theΒ payment is possible only by means of PayPal, ocassionally through the bank transfer (in such a case you have to contact us in advance by e-mail or contact form and we will agree on details). After we receive your payment, we will send an-mail to you with the invoice and welcome message together with the necessary information.
IS THERE ANY DEADLINE FOR ME TO BUY THE COURSE?
The latest time to apply and buy the course is 24 hours before its commencement, then it will be closed.
HOW IS THE COURSE STARTED?
Approximately 10 β 15 minutes prior to planned course commencement you will receive an e-mail message (sent to the mailbox specified by you in the order) containing Google Meet videocall. Click on that, join the course and that’s all π

IF I CANCEL MY ORDER, ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION FEES?
Cancellation fees depend on number of days (hours) between the planned course commencement and your cancellation message, as follows:
Less than 24 hours: 100% of the course price
1 – 3 days: 75% of the course price
4 – 7 days: 50% of the course price
8 – 10 days: 25% of the course price
More than 10 days: No cancellation fee
- Cancellation must be reported by e-mail, number of days counts from date and time of the e-mail delivery
ARE THE PRICES FINAL?
Yes. We are not VAT payers, so the prices as stated are final.
CAN I SEND YOU A FEEDBACK?
After each course we will kindly send you the brief anonymous questionnary and will be grateful if you evaluate for us the comprehensibility of the course, the level of interactivity, its usefulness etc. and tell us if the course helped you. We will appreciate any comments, if we fulfilled your expectations, if there was something missing, also any remarks, overall performance evaluation… We appreciate any feedback.
